The BGCE Platform is operated by Miraya Events (Pvt. Ltd.), based in Bengaluru. We provide information about the Bharat Global Cultural Expo and handle ticketing and registrations. When you buy through our platform, you're our customer—even if the event has third-party partners. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Registration & Tickets

• Access: Entry requires a valid e-ticket or pass from bgce.in
• Non-transferable: All registrations are personal to you — no transfers or exchanges
• No refunds: Donor passes and fees are non-refundable once confirmed
• Right of admission: We may refuse entry or remove anyone for security, capacity, or rule violations — without refund

Ticket limits apply per event. Always check your confirmation email.

Your Responsibilities

You accept all risks of attending a large public event, including personal injury or illness, and loss or theft of belongings (we don't provide storage). You agree to:

• Indemnify us against claims from your own actions
• Follow all venue rules and staff instructions

Media & Your Image

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. We can use your image, voice, or likeness in social media, TV, print ads, digital content, and promotional and educational materials.

Don't want to be filmed? Inform our photographers or avoid filming areas (though we can't guarantee exclusion from crowd shots).

Code of Conduct

We're committed to a safe, respectful environment. Strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination
• Disruptive or illegal behaviour
• Weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials
• Unauthorised promotional materials

Violations will result in immediate removal and possible police involvement.

Communications

You'll receive messages from us via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or voice call about transactional updates (confirmations, venue info) and promotional content.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
• Natural disasters or acts of God
• Government orders or restrictions
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Venue unavailability

If such events occur, Miraya Events may postpone the event, move to a virtual format, or cancel the event. In case of cancellation, participants will be offered either a transfer to the next BGCE edition, or a refund of 70% of registration fees (30% retained as administrative costs). Refunds are processed within 45 business days.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Dispute resolution process:

1. Parties first agree to attempt amicable resolution through good faith negotiations within 30 days
2. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
3. Arbitration seat: Bengaluru, Karnataka; conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent; decision is final and binding
